SPIRULINA
This here is my moon dust. In 16th century, it was very abundant in Lake Texcoco, Mexico where Aztec Indians called spirulina, Tecuitlatl, "stones excrement."

Spirulina is blue-green algae, a freshwater plant and when soaked becomes a beautiful green color. Sometimes in a smoothie, it looks like blue sparkles.

Spirulina detoxes heavy metals from the body. It promotes the growth of good flora in our digestive tract and inhibits the bad bacteria and yeasts (candida). More? Spirulina helps prevent cancer and radiation protection, plus it wakes you the mm up so drink it in the morning or midday.

1 tsp. of organic spirulina powder with 12 ounces of water. Squeeze half a lemon or lime. Put it in your smoothie. Go beyond, and make some raw energy bars.
