Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is the male seed of a flower blossom which are collected by the honey bees and mixed with the bees' digestive enzymes. It has most of the nutrients needed for human survival with higher percentages  of those necessary nutrients than any other food. That said, bee pollen strengthens  immunity, rejuvenates your bod, and even counteracts effects of radiation and chemical toxins therefore making you real strong like a wild tiger.

How to eat?

I sprinkle bee pollen over yogurt or a smoothie. You can try whatever minus heating them or they won’t work anymore. Don't let this happen.

Green tea detoxes the body by binding to heavy metals and carcinogens within 24 hours of consumption. That means if you drink 2-3 cups a day, you are in constant detox mode keeping liver disorders at bay, warding off disease, and slowing down the aging process. 

Green tea is preferred over coffee for hangovers because it protects the liver from the negative effects of booze while also reducing liver redness. Less dehydrating than coffee equals shorter hangovers.

The Artichoke

Belongs to the milk thistle family, popular for its detoxification properties. 
Artichokes speed up liver recovery, rebuild it, and even protects the liver after helping it release its toxins. 

The artichoke plant and its leaves (tea) aid in the digestion of fats, which prevents and treats indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, bloat, gas, and heartburn. 

Eating the plant and drinking its tea feeds your good bacteria therefore strengthening digestion, immunity AND elimination of excess body fat. 

Artichokes tend to be sprayed with lots of pesticides (if bought commercially), which would be counterproductive to your liver. So, dipping your artichokes in water with a few teaspoons of baking soda will help to remove them.

Pasture raised-organic eggs bring on good cholesterol. The bod needs cholesterol for the production of hormones, like the sunshine vitamin (D). The sunshine vitamin is created by the body when the sun hits the skin and there's a little perspiration. Without cholesterol, there's little to zero of that vitamin being created.

Signs for quality & freshness. The intensity of the yolk yellow-oj determines their diet. Typically the better the diet in seeds and worms will be a richer oj hue. To test for freshness, put the egg in a glass of water. If it sinks and lays flat, you got an goodie.
