I personalize everyone’s experience based on what their health concerns are and using nourishing foods, herbs and protocols I assist in optimizing digestion and getting to the root cause of dysfunction, assessing food sensitivities, detoxing from unhealthy eating patterns, balancing hormones and creating holistic lifestyle rituals to balance stress.

1:1 4 sessions (7 weeks)

Restore your well-being in this 7 week plan. Reestablish your digestive system, raise your energy and vibrations, begin your journey towards health through nourishing foods and a new style of living that embodies you from all aspects and that also works for YOU. I’ll look at your present health and your current goals and guide you through with nutrition, kinesiology, and simple stress management techniques. 

Each session will be unique to you and personalized to your specific goals and needs.

Once we set up an initial consultation, you will receive a Health History Evaluation to help me understand your current health situation. I will assess your Health History Evaluation, thoughtfully walk you through your goals, and give you realistic action steps, guidance and a realistic lifestyle plan that works for your active life. By the time we are finished, you will be clear to what your next steps will be so that you can begin your path.

 We will have a follow-up in-person or by phone every two weeks for re-evaluation, look at challenges, and any dietary and lifestyle changes to the plan that may be needed for success.

1:1  7 session package (3 months)

This program is specifically tailored to you based on your Health History Evaluation and your personal and nutritional needs. If you are being digestively challenged, concerned with possible food sensitivities, suffer from daily fatigue, have skin issues or hormonal imbalances, I will help you to address the root cause and not just alleviate the symptoms. If you want to eliminate unhealthy processed foods and switch to whole foods, need direction and accountability, I will be there to guide you.

Once we set up an initial consultation, you will receive a Health History Evaluation to help me understand your present health situation. I will evaluate triggers that may be present in causing harm to your health, give assessments, recommendations, personalized supplement protocols and continuous support for your healing journey and optimal wellness.

You will also receive:

  • Seven 1-1.5 hour follow-up sessions every other week in-person or over the phone
  • Dietary recommendations; specialized foods, herbs, supplements and/or temporary diets
  • Food sensitivity and nutrient testing through muscle testing, as needed

pantry cleanse + restoration

In this two-part visit, we look over your individual constitution and discuss achievable health goals. Day 1: Cleanse; we clean your pantry of unhealthful, processed and expired foods, and learn about nutrient-rich staples and healthy, affordable canned options. Day 2: Restore; we rebuild your pantry with nutrient-dense dried goods, herbal teas, oil/vinegars & natural sweeteners that become accessible to you at anytime.  Learn how to properly store your goods with labels and dates. 

I tailor your pantry to your specific dietary needs based on food preferences, food allergies & sensitivities, diet (including paleo, vegan, vegetarian).

  • Examine expiration dates & inspect ingredient labels
  • Replace unhealthy items and guide using alternatives
  • Label & Organize using proper storage containers
  • Add powerful staples like grains, legumes, spice, vinegars and oils, plus fermented foods (food costs not included in package)

Creating krauts in the kitchen is a traditional way of preserving vegetables through the process of lacto-fermentation. This process produces enzymes to increase digestibility of foods and creates a host of healthy flora throughout the intestines for slowing and reversing some illnesses, improving digestion, strengthening immunity, clearing skin issues, and increasing energy. 

You will learn the secrets behind lacto-fermentation, the different ways to do it, and why its good for you. You will get comfortable getting your hands dirty with recipes to your favorite vegetables.  

Discover the fun and magic that takes place in your kitchen, and how to get creative with them.

Get to know your favorite supermarket and discover the difference between nutrition, taste, and quality of vegetables, fruits and other foods. You will learn how to navigate the supermarket in search for healthier items, learn to read labels on packaged foods and why or why not they might not be beneficial to you. You will explore the freezer section for fruits and vegetables that aren't available year round.  You will gain lots of useful information that will leave you inspired to get you ready to work in the kitchen.

Touch for Health/Applied Kinesiology uses the approach of balancing energy to create health and optimum performance and does not treat or diagnose diseases or conditions of the human body.  Practitioners find and remove energy blocks and imbalances to restore the natural flow of energy. Since the human body is built from, fueled by and repaired with substances found in our diet, we acknowledge that nutrition plays a huge role in health care and general well-being.

Muscle testing is a noninvasive way of evaluating the body’s imbalances and assessing its needs. It involves testing the body’s responses when applying slight pressure to a large muscle, to provide information on energy blockages, the functioning of the organs, nutritional deficiencies, and food sensitivities. It can also be used to test the body’s responses to herbs, supplements and other remedies.

I help you find out which foods deplete your energy and which vitamins and minerals your body needs in order to rebalance itself. Vitamin and dietary supplementation are suggested, as necessary.
