I love food, positive energy, a great attitude, and a good time. Therefore, I won't impose restrictive diets or make you count calories, grams of fat, protein, or carbs. Although it is important to cleanse these treatments are important to heal the body from foods that have harmed it. Diet and what you eat have a HUGE impact on your health. Your responsibility is to change your diet and pay attention to how you can be the best version of yourself. I am here to guide that journey, and I want it to be a flexible, fun, and gratifying experience, where you eat clean, delicious, quality foods that are right for your unique self - foods that will nourish your body and soul.  

I entered the world of holistic nutrition 8 years ago when my gut was severely impaired by eating processed food, engaging in careless lifestyle patterns, and undergoing a lot of stress. Trying to figure out what was going on with my challenged digestion gifted me the opportunity to become my own health detective.  The overconsumption of refined foods had depleted my energy, physically and mentally. I was diagnosed with IBS, but without any guidance of how to heal. So, I turned to myself and tried different dietary models mainly influenced from television and magazines. For several years I did my best, but I still suffered from digestive impairment, which soon led to food sensitivities, acne, hormonal imbalances, and candida.

It was during this peak of pain and frustration that I had to take the initiative to step back and really look at my diet and lifestyle: to deconstruct it and rebuild it again. Seeking education from a scientific point of view taught me to heal myself from the inside out. And now, this new path has given me the motivation to inspire in others the importance of food as medicine and the belief that we can all truly achieve what we want.


Philosophy

My food philosophy is simple. Eat a variety of foods. Chew your food. Drink water, sleep and play. By following this philosophy, balance is naturally made within the body and allowing for expansion in the mind and spirit.
